Our ambassador, the comedian Christian Schulte-Loh, in Delmenhorst

Christian is a fantastic comedian who had the audience in the sold-out market hall in stitches. We were there with our raffle tickets and an information booth.

Christian Schulte-Loh has been an ambassador for Terre des Hommes for a few months now, has visited projects in South Africa, and shares our enthusiasm for the work of our organization. And he makes sure to promote Terre des Hommes at his public appearances.

He was visibly pleased to have us by his side in Delmenhorst. We had set up an information stand with materials, the TDH roll-up banner, and the "Democracy Child" figurine, and our children's rights advocate was there again.

Even as we entered, the first curious visitors approached our stand, answered the questions on the raffle tickets, made a donation, and picked up a small giveaway. During the break, after Christian had repeatedly emphasized his involvement with TDH, things got so lively at the stand that we couldn't even take a photo, we were so busy. The raffle tickets were also in high demand, and we distributed them primarily to people who hadn't come to the stand on their own.

In conclusion: we put in relatively little effort, raised almost €200 in donations, and distributed a great many of our working group flyers. At the end, a local business owner even came by and took a whole stack of them to display in his shop. And we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening with Christian's program. What more could you ask for?

Thanks Christian! If you come again next year, we'll be there too. We're already looking forward to it.
