Entrepreneurial commitment to children

Whether it's a corporate donation, an employee initiative, or a long-term partnership – we are your partner for your corporate social responsibility. Our areas of focus range from education and training projects and sustainable development cooperation to support for refugees, both in Germany and around the world.

Terre des Hommes is committed to creating a better future for children through over 400 projects annually in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Through tailored partnerships for your company, we work together with our partner organizations to develop effective solutions that empower children and promote equitable global development.

Learn how your company's commitment sustainably changes the lives of children and young people and strengthens your own Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

How you can get involved with your company

Does your company want to make a long-term commitment to the rights of children and young people and initiate local and global change? Then choose project funding that reflects your company's values and can have a lasting impact on children and young people. Together, we will find a project that meets your expectations.

Strengthen team spirit, motivation, and identification among your employees by organizing a joint fundraising campaign. As a company, make a statement and motivate your employees by financially supporting the campaign.

Donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of your products or services, use the Terre des Hommes logo, and involve your customers in your business commitment.

The employee donation program is a collaboration between the children's rights organization Terre des Hommes and the employees of various companies. As a works council member, you can convince and motivate your employees to continuously forgo a small portion of their wages to support children in need.

There are two ways to support this cause:

  • Changeover cent campaign:
In the monthly payroll of employees, the amount that appears after the decimal point is withheld – i.e., the changeover cents.

  • "One Hour for the Future" Campaign:
The company's employees donate one hour's wages from their salaries once a year. In this way, many children receive valuable support.

Of course, all employees can decide for themselves whether they would like to participate in the campaign. However, there is a special incentive if the company increases or doubles the donation amount.

Please feel free to contact us; we would be happy to advise you!

Instead of the usual Christmas gifts, give your team and business contacts a donation for children. We'll provide you with the appropriate communication materials. Your Christmas gift will bring joy and leave a positive impression.
