Strengthen children and adolescents: promote participation
Participation is an important aspect of Terre des Hommes ' work. Children and young people must be able to have a say and participate in decision-making. In our projects, we work closely with the girls and boys and support them in expressing their ideas and wishes. This allows them to actively contribute to changes that are important to them.
Children and adolescents often know exactly what they need. They also understand how their rights are related to big topics in the world. Our task is to give you even more ways to say your opinion and request your rights. We want to create places where you can feel safe and become strong. We accompany you on this way and help you that your voices are heard and incorporate into important decisions. So you can help shape the world and take your future into your own hands.
