The enforcement of the UN Convention on the Rights of Children is an integral part of the Hommes of the Hommes. Terre des Hommes therefore undertakes in their own work context to be vigilant with any form of violence against children. To secure child protection, Terre of the Hommes has developed a child protection guideline that is implemented at all levels of the office, among the volunteers and also in program and project work. The project partner organizations commit themselves to their own child protection policy in the cooperation agreement.
Terre des Hommes took part in the first degree of certification through " Keeping Children Safe " and received the child protection certificate, which distinguishes Terre des Hommes, to implement child protection standards in its worldwide work.
