Information on data processing for visitors to the Pinterest profile of Terre des Hommes Germany e.V..

We operate this profile on the Pinterest platform of Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Pinterest"). For certain processing operations, joint controllership with Pinterest within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR may exist.

Users are solely responsible for their use of our Pinterest profile and its features. This applies in particular to the use of interactive features (e.g., commenting, sharing, saving).

1. Processing of personal data when contacting us

When you contact us via our Pinterest profile (e.g., via comments or direct messages), we process the personal data you provide (in particular your username and the content of the request) in order to handle your request.

Please do not publish sensitive or other personal data in publicly accessible areas (especially comments). 2. Data processing by Pinterest

• whether and to what extent the data is passed on to third parties.

Pinterest processes data regardless of whether you are registered or logged in to Pinterest. If you are logged into your Pinterest account while visiting our profile, Pinterest can associate the visit with your user account. This is done primarily through cookies or similar technologies.

3. Joint responsibility

Pinterest bears primary responsibility for processing Insights data. In particular, Pinterest fulfills its information obligations under Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR and the data subject rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR. We do not have full access to the personal data processed by Pinterest.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
