Your donation in lieu of gifts supports children

Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, passing an exam, your own wedding, or another joyous occasion – all these are wonderful opportunities to celebrate with family and loved ones while doing good. Because happiness is twice as sweet when shared with others.

With your donation on your special day, you will also give girls and boys in our projects a reason to rejoice and a chance for a better future. Thanks to your support, children and young people can go to school, be protected from exploitation, receive healthy food, and grow up in a healthy environment.

This is how your donation arrives

You can mention your donation request in your invitation. To do this, please agree on a keyword with us beforehand, which your guests can use to make their donations. Should your guests wish to donate directly to Terre des Hommes , please provide our bank details listed below along with the keyword. Every guest who donates will receive a thank-you letter and an annual donation receipt, which will be sent out in January of the following year.

If you would like to collect the money yourself during your celebration, you can set up our donation box and transfer the total amount to us afterwards. If your guests require a donation receipt, please send us a list with their addresses and the amounts they donated.
