Children in Lebanon still urgently need protection
Despite a ceasefire, attacks on Lebanon continue. People are suffering from the recurring clashes between Israel and Hezbollah. Thousands of children and their families are fleeing and seeking refuge in emergency shelters. Our projects are also affected. Our partner organization FEMALE is providing immediate assistance – with blankets, food parcels, hygiene products, and drinking water – quickly and without bureaucracy.
In the south of the country, FEMALE's community center was for years a safe haven for girls and women – a place to learn, laugh, and recharge. The center was completely destroyed by Israeli bombs in 2024, but the work continued: FEMALE provided direct support to women and girls in emergency shelters and host communities. Since the renewed escalation of the conflict, FEMALE has resumed its emergency relief efforts. Your donation will help support these girls and women.
