Our name, " Terre des Hommes ," stands for "Earth of Humanity." As an independent children's rights organization, we empower children and young people and protect them from violence and exploitation through our projects. We provide humanitarian aid and support projects with local partner organizations to improve children's living conditions – in a collaborative and participatory manner. Worldwide, we support approximately 400 projects for children and young people in 47 countries.
We are looking for someone to join our marketing as soon as possible.
Student trainee in Marketing & PR (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- They maintain our project files and image database and provide support with image research.
- They contribute to the adaptation of content for our peer-to-peer marketing tool, which optimizes content for the messengers and social media channels of our volunteers.
- You will contribute to our website and extranet, in particular by posting texts and images and assisting with data migration.
- They provide support with smaller layout and translation tasks.
- They accompany events and activities (photo/video).
What we expect from you
- You are a registered student. Preferably in the fields of journalism, media and communication studies, political science, international relations, peace and conflict studies or comparable fields of study.
- They have excellent communication skills.
- They have a basic understanding of layout, web content and social media.
- They are interested in photography and videography.
- Children's rights are important to you and you share the values and goals of Terre des Hommes as described in our guiding principles.
