Art Bazaar 2025 – we thank our many helpers!

The art bazaar, featuring more than 70 craftspeople, once again attracted approximately 2500 visitors who enjoyed the many beautiful offerings.

A raffle offered great prizes; in the cafeteria, visitors could relax and chat over delicious cakes.

A special program was aimed at children: The magicians "Zandini" Dietmar Böhm and Walter Andes, along with witch Ulrike Spiegel, enchanted visitors of all ages. Mechtild Münzer offered craft activities, and the "SchereSteinPapierflieger" association hosted a drawing competition.

The art bazaar gained an international flair through the selection of Fair Trade products from the One World Shop. Furthermore, the Katharina Kersting eV association offered insights into its work and sold beautiful handicrafts from Burkina Faso. MiKibU eV (Migrant Children Receive Support) also provided information about its work.

Photographer Markus Bollen took beautiful photos. The Bergischer Löwe team, as always, was dedicated to the preparation and execution of the event.

The art bazaar would not have been possible for our small working group without the many volunteers who dedicated themselves to tackling the numerous tasks, both large and small. Our cafeteria was supported by bakers who baked delicious cakes, often decorating them with great care. Last but not least, the raffle was only possible thanks to the many donations of prizes from local businesses and companies.
