On Saturday, April 18, 2026, 80,000 people across Germany took to the streets and made a powerful statement.
In Munich, 12,000 people took to the streets to demonstrate in favor of expanding renewable energy.
To further increase the pressure on politicians, another demonstration by Fridays for Future took place on Friday, April 24th , with an opening rally at 3:00 pm at Odeonsplatz
The focus was on the demand to make the future energy supply secure, affordable and climate-friendly, because renewable energies are a key component for climate protection, security of supply and long-term stable energy prices.
We were there too, because we too are against fossil fuel dependencies and FOR children's right to a healthy environment!
