Happy New Year and thank you for your support!

The year 2024 is drawing to a close – a year that has demanded a great deal from us. While wars, natural disasters, and political upheavals have plunged millions of people into uncertainty, you have shown solidarity and given hope to the children in our projects.

Thanks to your generous support, we, together with our local partner organizations, have empowered girls and boys in 44 countries and 367 projects this year.

  • In Ukraine, where the war is shaking the lives of many people, children can still learn despite destroyed schools: Lessons take place in subway tunnels or via digital offerings.
  • In Mozambique, children in poor, rural areas are now receiving healthy nutrition, medical care and schooling.
  • In India, we support young people in their commitment to chemical- and pesticide-free agriculture. Through training in organic farming, they are setting an example for environmental protection and showing politicians that change is possible.

These are just a few examples of the impact of our work, which would not have been possible without your support. Your commitment has changed the lives of many children and given them a future. Thank you for bringing hope where it is most needed.

I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful New Year's Eve and a hopeful start to the new year.
