Our focus areas
A key focus of our group is raising awareness at various levels. The topics we address are diverse. We are committed to realizing all children's rights. For example, we address the exploitation of children, whether as child laborers, child soldiers, or through sexual abuse. Recently, a significant focus of our work has been on "ecological children's rights," specifically the right to a healthy environment where children can grow up healthy and with future prospects.
Some of us have already visited Terre des Hommes projects in various countries and were able to see firsthand the work of our partners. Our group has particularly good contacts in Southeast Asia and India. Whenever the opportunity arises, we invite people from the project countries to Freiburg for presentations and discussions.
