On April 5, 2025, the Freiburg Terre des Hommes group drew attention to the conditions in cocoa production with an action stand under the motto "Rabbit Strike!".
At the corner of Schusterstrasse, Eisenstrasse, and Dreherstrasse, volunteers provided information about unfair cocoa prices, exploitative child labor, and a lack of transparency in the cocoa industry. Passersby could learn about fair trade and sign a petition addressed to major chocolate companies like Nestlé and Milka.
With this action, the group made a statement for fairer conditions for cocoa producers and against child labor.
