Our name " Terre des Hommes " stands for a "Earth of Humanity." As an independent children's rights organization, we empower children and young people and protect them from violence and exploitation through our projects. We provide humanitarian aid and support projects with local partner organizations to improve the living conditions of children – in a collaborative and participatory manner. We support around 400 projects for children and young people in 47 countries worldwide.

Campaigner (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Lead the design and implementation of campaigns: You develop online and offline campaigns and implement them together with internal and external partners.
- Developing powerful visual campaigns: You develop and organize powerful visual campaigns – from the initial idea to on-site implementation.
- Establish digital tools: You identify and implement suitable online tools for campaigns and actions.
- Expand our range of activities: You will develop low-threshold and flexible opportunities for action with and for volunteers and be responsible for our annual action day.
- Copywriting and project support: You will write compelling copy for our campaign materials (online and offline campaign materials) and support the commissioning of external service providers.

- They can motivate and inspire people to take action for children's rights and global justice.
- They follow the political and social discourse with a keen eye, recognize opportunities for our topics and exploit them purposefully.
- You have proven experience in the conception, organization, and implementation of campaigns and street actions, ideally in a socio-political context.
- You have a keen sense of language and storytelling and can convey complex topics in an understandable and motivating way.
- You are confident in using digital tools for campaigns and communication.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, initiative and confidence, even in challenging situations.
- You are willing to occasionally carry out workshops and activities in the evenings or on weekends.
- You bring teamwork, creativity and organizational talent.
- You care about children's rights and share the values and goals of Terre des Hommes , as described in our guiding principles.
