We promote your action idea

"Megafonds - The budget for your action idea" is the youth campaign fund of Terre des Hommes and promotes non -profit projects. The projects we have funded indicate the violation of children's rights and focus on children's rights. This can be, for example, projects that promote justice, peace, climate protection and feminist initiatives, contribute to protection against violence or stand out against discrimination and racism.

The projects are planned and carried out by young people between the ages of 14 and 27. Adults over 27 years of age are allowed to support, but all decisions lie with you. The topic of your project affects you directly. For your project you can apply for up to 1,000 euros.

Megafond promotion

We only promote:

Community -oriented projects, i.e. projects that benefit as many (young) people as possible
Public actions, online campaigns, protests, campaigns and other forms of political interference on child law claims
Measures of public relations and events that indicate child rights violations

Pressure of brochures or flyers for a demo or public action
Financing technology for the production of videos or podcasts
Reimbursement of materials for a public action (colors, banners, cardboard etc.)
Assumption of technology costs at a public rally
Financial support to implement a (photo) exhibition
Takeover of the room rent for a public discussion event
