Have you become aware of a (potential) problem in connection with Terre des Hommes Germany e.V. or the independent Terre des Hommes Community Foundation? Then you can report it anonymously or by providing your identity via our reporting platform.

All persons inside and outside our organization.


What can you report?

Under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), you can report any criminal offenses, crimes, and serious administrative violations, as well as attempts or preparations thereof, related to our organization. Furthermore, violations of our code of conduct and any misconduct by our full-time or volunteer staff, project partners, and cooperation partners worldwide can be reported.

What happens to your report?

We have commissioned the law firm Rickert Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH to confidentially receive and promptly process any reports concerning our organization. Should action on our part be necessary, the information, along with a recommendation for action, will be forwarded to the relevant contact persons at Terre des Hommes while maintaining confidentiality.

How secure is the reporting platform?

The reporting platform meets our high data protection requirements in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). Communication is encrypted.
