If you have wanted to try it out for a long time, you will set up an interest -free loan in favor of the community foundation. With the yields they help disadvantaged and poor children in our projects. If your personal situation changes, you will receive the complete loan amount back. One contract regulates all details. The Community Foundation assures you of a respectful and competent way of dealing with your legacy. We have experience with household resolutions and renting or selling real estate. Have you inherited yourself and would you like to encourage money from an inheritance to our non -profit foundation? This amount is freed from any taxes. You can reclaim the inheritance tax already paid for this within 24 months of the inheritance.
