Our name " Terre des Hommes " stands for a "Earth of Humanity." As an independent children's rights organization, we empower children and young people and protect them from violence and exploitation through our projects. We provide humanitarian aid and support projects with local partner organizations to improve the living conditions of children – in a collaborative and participatory manner. We support around 400 projects for children and young people in 47 countries worldwide.

Working Student Human Resources
(m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Support of the HR team in all subject areas along the entire employee life cycle from A like employment contract to Z like certificate
  • Support in the recruitment process, especially in communication and pre-selection of candidates
  • Participation in on- and offboarding processes
  • Support in the planning and evaluation of training measures
  • Taking over administrative tasks, such as maintaining the time recording program and employee master data, preparing employment contracts and other personnel-related documents
  • Taking over projects to recruit and retain employees

 

What we want from you

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in business administration (with a focus on human resources), (business) psychology, (business) education, or a comparable course of study.
  • You are interested in HR topics and ideally have some experience in the HR field.
  • You are interested in contributing your ideas and working with the People and Culture team at Terre des Hommes .
  • Your committed, open and respectful communication sets you apart.
  • You work reliably and carefully.
  • We require good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Experience with MS Office tools is desirable
  • Children's rights are important to you and you share the values and goals of Terre des Hommes as described in our guiding principles.
