Heart instead of agitation
After the brutal Islamist attack in Solingen, numerous people at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin thought of the victim and demonstrated against terror and hatred. It was made clear: the radical-Islamist terror must not lead to our society is split or that those seeking protection are blamed for action that they themselves loathe deeply.
In our projects, we promote integration, equal opportunities and social participation. Many of the children and families in our projects have fled from radical Islamist oppression and terror in Syria and Afghanistan. The fact that your protection is now being questioned is a dangerous populism that spreads fear and stokes hatred.
We are firmly convinced that every child counts, no matter where it comes from!
