There are no uniform publication obligations for non -profit organizations in Germany. Anyone who works for the common good should still tell the community what goals the organization are striving for, where the funds come from, how they are used and who are the decision -makers.
The "Transparent Civil Society Initiative" has therefore defined ten basic information points that should make every civil society organization - regardless of its legal form, size or area of activity - open to the public.

We are due to the promotion of youth welfare according to § 52 (2) S.1 No. 4 AO according to the last decision of the exemption or according to the investment on the corporate tax assessment of the tax office Osnabrück-Stadt, tax number 66/270/01407 of 20.01.2023 in accordance with Section 5 (1) no. 9 of the corporation tax law from body tax and in accordance with Section 3 No. 6 of the trade tax law of Free business tax.
