Swimming, cycling, and running for children's rights: The Kanal Cup triathlon, featuring the three classic disciplines, has been held in Hollage, Lower Saxony, since 2017. The competition is organized by the Hollage Kolping Family, which advocates for children's rights.
Around 150 athletes participated in this year's Hollager Canal Cup – a record number! Participants competed in the swimming, cycling, and running disciplines individually, as teams, or in relay teams. The focus was on fair competition, but also on the collective effort for a good cause. This year, a total of €3,000 was raised, which will go towards the project work of Terre des Hommes .
