Swimming, cycling, and running for children's rights: The Canal Cup, a triathlon featuring the three classic disciplines, has been held in Hollage, Lower Saxony, since 2017. The competition is organized by the Kolping Family Hollage, which uses the event to advocate for children's rights.
This year's Hollager Canal Cup saw a record turnout of around 150 athletes! Participants competed in swimming, cycling, and running, either individually, as a team, or in a relay. The focus was on fair competition, but also on supporting a good cause. This year, the event raised €3,000, which will go towards supporting the projects of Terre des Hommes .
