Türkiye: Help for refugee children

Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA)

The Arsa organization is committed to education and the rights of refugees. Game, painting and music offers as well as language courses and safe spaces for children strengthen self-confidence and give new courage to live.

“When we came to Turkey with my family, my life got better. I learned Turkish and went to school. Then my ID card was blocked. Since then I have not been allowed to go to school. Our financial situation is no longer good. That all makes me sad. Nevertheless, I hold on to life, support my family and give their strength. At Arsa I learned some English and now also play the guitar. I enjoy the music and give me hope: at some point we will be better. ”
